actually, alternate …
actually, alternate picking is more than twice as fast as downpicking because it take less effort. i would say its about 3 times as fast

Marty has such a great appeal as a guitar teacher. Good info and easygoing way of presenting the technique. Serious but not stick up the serious, in fact great sense of humor. My favorite YouTube guitar teacher. I have learned from this man.
